I’m writing this post about 30 minutes shy of the New Year – 2018 to be exact. This post isn’t going to be very long, but it will be a reflection of the past year and how this blog continues to change. In 2018, I expect this blog to change even more as my time becomes occupied with a foodie-in-the-making. That’s right folks – I’ve got a bun in the oven (and I don’t mean the food kind!)
As such, I’ll be sharing more curated recipes that have become my go-to meals when time seems to be running short. I’ll be focusing on the gadgets in my kitchen that make life easier, and I’ll still continue to share any fun foodventures that happen along the way.
Don’t worry – there will still be plenty of Disney treats, though probably less beer outings (unless told from my husband’s perspective) but I’m still going to explore the heck out of Orange County foods.
The last thing I want to focus on this year for the blog is really getting in touch with my roots and highlighting more Vietnamese food, as well as Asian-American food pioneers that are really changing the food landscape here in Orange County – more on these two projects soon.
For now, wishing you all a wonderful Happy New Year and a food-filled 2018! I can’t wait to share more adventures with you soon!
